FASTER, FRESHER, BETTER

We target having our hop pellets made and packaged within 3 - 7 days of the hop cones being harvested, setting a new benchmark for hop pellet quality at scale.

FASTER - Our modern and high-capacity on-farm harvesting systems, combined with our cutting-edge advanced hops pelletising complex, ensure that our hops are picked in their prime and then pelletised and packaged very quickly. This exceptional infrastructure truly distinguishes us in the New Zealand hops industry.

FRESHER - Our hop cones are pelletised and packaged very soon after harvest, ensuring ultimate freshness. They are then stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse, preserving their quality.

BETTER - Harvesting hops in their prime and processing them quickly results in superior quality. During pelletisation, our world-class facility's enclosed and protected environment ensures minimal exposure to oxygen and contaminants.

Disease Resistance

New Zealand has focused on breeding pest/disease resistant hop varieties since the 1940s. The country also boasts a low pest/disease environment for hop growing e.g. no Downy mildew and no Powdery mildew. As a result, chemical spray usage is significantly reduced - for instance, and unlike other countries, we do not use fungicides. This aligns with New Zealand’s goal of being an environmentally responsible country that produces premium natural products.
